Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Denim

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware is protected and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the denim for wear and tear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
