What makes raw denim different from standard jeans?
Raw denim is unwashed and untreated after the dyeing process. Unlike mass-market jeans that are pre-distressed, raw denim starts stiff and dark, allowing it to mold to your body and develop unique, personalized fade patterns over time.
How should I choose the right size?
Since raw denim often shrinks or stretches depending on the weave, we provide a detailed size chart for every fit. We recommend measuring your favorite pair of jeans and comparing them to our 'Actual Measurements' guide rather than relying on tag size.
When should I wash my raw denim for the first time?
To achieve the best high-contrast fades, many enthusiasts wait 6 months before the first wash. However, you should wash them whenever they are actually dirty. Always wash inside out in cold water and hang dry to preserve the indigo.
How long does domestic and international shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for denim?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the jeans are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept returns on jeans that have been custom hemmed or soaked.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on Union Special machines for a traditional finish. Please be certain of your length, as hemmed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
